The Kombucha Electric Heating Tray comes in four sizes:
- 6.25″ x 6.25″ – Suitable use with 6 litre Continuous Fermentation Jar or single brewing bowl.
- 15″ x 7.5″ – Suitable for 2 brewing bowls (not suitable for the Continuous Fermentation Jar)
- 12″ x 12″ – Suitable for the 15 litre and 9 litre Continuous Fermentation Jar.
- 15″ x 15″ – Suitable for 3-4 single brewing bowls (not suitable for the Continuous Fermentation Jar)

Purchased the 12”x12” tray for brewing Kombucha. Looks good and is Just what I wanted for fermenting four 3l jars. Can’t comment on its efficiency or durability as I only just set it up yesterday.
